（staging 都已經在 cloudrun 是可以跑的）

我在今天 3AM ~ 4AM 的時間
把 cofacts.tw 轉移到 Cloudrun 上去囉
（參考了這裡的設定，加上很多等待時間讓 cloudrun 跟 Cloudflare 能相處）

這樣 rumors-site 用太多 RAM 應該就跟 linode 無關了～
