剛剛搜尋大西洋詐騙的訊息，發現旁邊很多相似訊息（圖一），感覺是二次詐騙的詐騙集團故意傳進來的
pattern 都跟圖二網友講得一模一樣，覺得寫部落格文章、留言，還有傳訊息進 Cofacts 的是同夥🤔

其實我比較在意如何 index & retrieval 這樣，也就是能讓我塞進每張照片做出來的 feature，查詢類似圖片時，轉 feature 後能從資料庫裡面撈出相近的圖片，並以 relevance 排序，對我來說會是 Cofacts 需要的功能。

好像是想辦法把 model 生出的高維向量轉成可以塞進 full text search engine (如 Elasticsearch) 的 word 讓他去做 text IR 該做的東西（inverted index 之類）
之後有 query 時也是做一樣的事情，然後直接用 full text search engine 去產生 list of documents similar to the query

• 386131 是個烏龍。手機截圖顯示 386131 是 20:37 的時間，但對比中選會開票直播揭露的投開票所送達數，根本就還沒沒開完。

• 說明新北開完的當下，台北也都還沒開完，開票速度不是只看人數。
但還有一個懸而未決的問題：
根據 https://web.cec.gov.tw/central/cms/111news/37923 理論上若計票查詢系統是「整批資料」，那網頁的查詢系統票數應該會比直播慢才對。但 20:37 時，批次處理的計票查詢系統 386,131、而直接介接機房開票直播卻是 384,529。

• 386131 是個烏龍。手機截圖顯示 386131 是 20:37 的時間，但對比中選會開票直播揭露的投開票所送達數，根本就還沒沒開完。

• 說明新北開完的當下，台北也都還沒開完，開票速度不是只看人數。
但還有一個懸而未決的問題：
根據 https://web.cec.gov.tw/central/cms/111news/37923 理論上若計票查詢系統是「整批資料」，那網頁的查詢系統票數應該會比直播慢才對。但 20:37 時，批次處理的計票查詢系統 386,131、而直接介接機房開票直播卻是 384,529。

但還有一個懸而未決的問題：
根據 https://web.cec.gov.tw/central/cms/111news/37923 理論上若計票查詢系統是「整批資料」，那網頁的查詢系統票數應該會比直播慢才對。但 20:37 時，批次處理的計票查詢系統 386,131、而直接介接機房開票直播卻是 384,529。

印象中公告領票人數的計算過程確實不用公開，因為選舉人名冊是個資，算有多少人這件事情不用公開在民眾前面
