但是也不是說不行，像是東京都專案是使用 vue 作為framework, 我在開始之前也是不太會用 vue 的，不過因為大致上的架構都已經出來了，而且我需要做的工作是改字而已，所以就是找到該字串然後改成 i18n 的版本就行了，所以會不會用 vue 就不是那麼要緊了

那個我只是舉例，因為我們自己公司有類似的經驗，後來要導入外部套件之前就會稍微評估這樣，因為雖然說外部套件通常都是開源的，不過通常有能力整個Code Review外部套件的其實很少

我是覺得 livescript 本身目前問題不大, 主要大概就是會拉高協作門檻吧 ( 因為使用者較少 ), 長期來講也許可以慢慢 migrate 到新版 es 之類的...

解釋性探索我不確定，不過假如目標是不會寫程式的一般人的話，我覺得鼓勵他們開一個好的 ISSUE 可能會比較優先，大致上就是有螢幕截圖讓其他人知道他在說哪裡可以改，然後可以的話再附上他希望改成怎樣的螢幕截圖這樣。

從新聞看到振興酷碰券，需綁定行動支付或者綁定的悠遊卡扣款然後現金回饋上限1000（有點像shopback的現金紅利），這個開始了嗎，是不是像口罩一樣有網頁有影片教大家如何步驟申請，實名認定是不是跟行動支付的業者有關，所以我要怎麼開通綁定使用，要查詢那個行動支付有配合。不會又像住宿券夜市券一堆人不知道又沒使用了吧。

I'm seeing a lot of disruptive impact work, such as [HoloREA](https://github.com/holo-rea/holo-rea), [Sacred Capital](https://sacred.capital), [CoGov](http://cogov.tech/), [Commons Engine](https://commonsengine.org/) or [RedGrid](https://redgrid.io/) to name the most relevant ones, rely on the [Holochain](https://holochain.org/) technology.
Meanwhile, I still haven't been able to find one person in g0v or Taiwan as a whole showing interest in that post-blockchain, nature-inspired technology. It puzzles me as I could see how an [unenclosable carrier](https://medium.com/holochain/unenclosable-carriers-and-the-future-of-communication-4ac6045ac894) could be a critical building block of most civic technology.

I'm placing here an *intent and call to fix this*. I've been studying Holochain in the last few months, and am willing to share what I understand, connect people from g0v to people in the holochain community and help to organize events to build with the tech and build awareness on the emerging regenerative economies that are being birthed within the project's communities. Please get in touch if any of this resonates somewhat.

Would appreciate any translation if a nice soul has capacity for that.

去郵局寄東西，通常有機會寄東西給同樣的收件人，不過倒不會把地址等收件資訊記住，郵局或者有app是不是可以儲存資訊，到了郵局類似ibon的觸控機台(kiosk)秀出手機掃條碼直接列印出貼紙，上面有寄送件資訊，或者為了隱私可以選擇貼紙上面只有寄收件人以及郵局可以讀取的QR碼。通常寄件人的資訊也大致不變，也都會在郵局重新查詢填寫，如果能這樣e化，相信可以減少很多等待的時間，有時候市中心的郵局人真的很多。有點慚愧的是還沒利用i郵箱就是，還是我講的已經有了呢。

臺灣的農業有很多的挑戰，從生態環境的觀測、改善到合理的糧食通路建置，消費者如何與生產者相互團結，彼此保護、相挺，農業從事人員有很多挑戰，ICT 能夠幫助，但是，不僅僅是一味的往植物工廠、線上交易平台、區塊鏈…這些方向發展。我們想要邀請 g0v 的朋友，來跟一些在農業戰線前線的小農直接對話，辦個「農業松」，看看有沒有什麼火花可以讓台灣農村與都會更融洽、更緊密。

[挖坑] 分析外國人喜歡台灣什麼。（不確定有沒有現成的公司/軟體/服務）

這幾天 Tweeter 上面開始有 #ThisAttackComesFromTaiwan 分享台灣的好事物，如果能夠抓下來分析，可以給觀光局及外交部參考，當作未來對外國人宣傳台灣旅遊的方向（不過目前看來還是國人分享居多）。我的初步想法是：

1. 抓下所有那個 hashtag 的公開貼文（包括照片）
2. 分類貼文的人屬性（台灣人或是外國人，能夠區分那個國家最好）
3. 分類照片是那一類，包括：美食，風景，文化，人臉 ...
4. 如果能夠再往下分類是哪一種食物，哪裡的風景 ... 會更精準。
5. 產生統計報告。
6. 未來延伸套用在其他議題，和其他社群網路。

預防勝於治療，不知道在平交道放個上方感應器與監視器畫面異常來通知火車駕駛與監控中心的成本，或著是事後收拾火車毀損與人員傷亡的成本那一個高。

可以增加反應時間，或著警報大響提醒駕駛及早煞車，這案例的反應時間不知道是不是真的來不及，報導指出疑似闖紅燈，那麼前方路口一旦轉換紅燈再加個影像動態變化感應器來預警也是必要的。

很多人貪一時之便，這些防呆裝置真的不貴。

關於監測示警系統，文中提到舊系統未使用，是不是所有平交道都缺料而未啟用，此個案不知道是不是火車駕駛看到窗外遠方才急煞，以區間車的時速那肯定是來不及了，在臉書台鐵管理處也有人提平交道安裝閉路監視器，是不是火車駕駛能透過螢幕看到前方平交道狀況，這不知道是不是已經有了。

光從 whitepaper 看起來…

兩邊的核心概念很像… 都是讓手機每天(或更短)生一個 ID (TempID / EphID)，然後記錄：1. 自已持有哪些 ID 2. 自已最近 14 天看過哪些 ID。並且讓衛生單位 (CDC) 在特定時機「放榜」。榜單上基本上就是一堆 ID 。

bluetrace 是有個中央資料庫在存 `(電話號碼 , user_id)` (user_id 本身是在設備端隨機產生的)。 而 DP-3T 沒有要求要存電話號碼，但它還需要有個能通知到設備的手段。

在「放榜」時的處理，看起來 bluestrace 是把計算完全放在在伺服器端。伺服器端全部把整份「榜單」算完後，再查得到一堆電話號碼，接下來就讓衛生單位直接打電話。而 DP-3T 則是通知所有設備來查榜。

DB-3T whitepaper 花了不少篇幅在講怎麼快速的查榜單… 它的榜單其是不是一堆 EphID 本身，而是那些 ID 做成的 Cuckoo filter。手機端基本上就做 n 次 lookup 就可以查完。 (但會有一些 false positive )

光從 whitepaper 看起來…

兩邊的核心概念很像… 都是讓手機每天(或更短)生一個 ID (TempID / EphID)，然後記錄：1. 自已持有哪些 ID 2. 自已最近 14 天看過哪些 ID。並且讓衛生單位 (CDC) 在特定時機「放榜」。榜單上基本上就是一堆 ID 。

bluetrace 是有個中央資料庫在存 `(電話號碼 , user_id)` (user_id 本身是在設備端隨機產生的)。 而 DP-3T 沒有要求要存電話號碼，但它還需要有個能通知到設備的手段。

在「放榜」時的處理，看起來 bluestrace 是把計算完全放在在伺服器端。伺服器端全部把整份「榜單」算完後，再查得到一堆電話號碼，接下來就讓衛生單位直接打電話。而 DP-3T 則是通知所有設備來查榜。

關於監測示警系統，文中提到舊系統未使用，是不是所有平交道都缺料而未啟用，此個案不知道是不是火車駕駛看到窗外遠方才急煞，以區間車的時速那肯定是來不及了，在臉書台鐵管理處也有人提平交道安裝閉路監視器，是不是火車駕駛能透過螢幕看到前方平交道狀況，這不知道是不是已經有了。

大家好：）我叫Mayuko，我在韓國首爾創新中心工作的日本人。
雖然有點擔心是否不太適合在這裡問這種問題，但有一件事情想請教大家。

我們下週用視訊會議來進行國際研討會，再用Youtube來直播。我們打算用jitsi meet，但有兩個問題無法解決>< 
我這幾天找了好幾次資訊，但解不了問題。而想要借台灣朋友們的力量。大有沒有好的解決方法呢？ >< 

1） 用 jitsi meet分享PPT或網頁都沒有問題。但跟其他參與者分享影片的時候，影片很會嚴重lag。聲音/畫面都斷掉><
2） 用jitsi meet的“啟動直播串流功能。輸入Youtube直播串流密鑰（stream Key），但常常出現“All streamers are currently busy”，而無法直播。但試測好幾次後突然成功直播。是本來就是這樣嗎？還是有什麼原因呢？或是有沒有用 jitsi meet，可以Youtube直播的其他方式呢？

如果有解決方法或更好的方式，請多多指教我>< 謝謝大家！（如果不適合的話，請隨時告訴我。我會刪掉這提問。謝謝）

2. 如果是透過 [Share your screen] 分享影片，Jitsi 預設 5 fps，可以參考這個 Jitsi community post 調整 fps。
3. Jitsi 的開發團隊有注意到並正在處理這個 error（see Issue），現階段我建議用 OBS 直播 Jitsi meeting。如果不太熟悉 OBS 操作，可以 direct message 我詢問。

大家好! I'm very excited to join this group.

Here’s a quick intro of myself: My name is Lloyd West (方愈). I am in Taibei with my family until late summer and possibly beyond (due to Covid19). I normally live in Berlin where I work as a senior machine learning engineer at SO1.ai. My background is in mathematics (BA, MSc - Cambridge University; PhD - CUNY; postdoc - UVA). I started working in the tech field at Unity Technologies in San Francisco and Helsinki. I have worked on projects using ML for recommendation systems, fraud detection and personalization of mobile games.

Next to my regular job in Berlin I am engaged with two start-ups that focus on machine learning for mental health.

【徵人】Python 後端工程師
#disfactory 是個可以讓民眾回報農地上違章工廠的 g0v 專案，上線已經收到 80 幾件回報，目前正在建置後台，方便地球公民基金會後續向政府舉報追蹤，針對高污染與違法的工廠，即報即拆或斷水斷電。目前後端急需幫手，想邀請有興趣的人一起加入！（全台至少五萬多家違章工廠）

本來 amb 也想呈現專案活躍狀況和待辦 issues ，但是專案活躍度很難評估，而 issues 其實需要管理員好好上 label 並引導才能降低進入門檻

這次改版我重新從 g0v db 出發，暫時避開了 `g0v.json`存在與否的問題 (如上提，有些案子只是共筆之類的，並沒有github repo)
所以可以連結整合的資源也相對變多，現在主要就是更新 坑主以及專案基本資料 就有機會拉slack和hackfldr進來

早期在坑有 repo 之前應該都是只有 URI(hackpad 挖坑說明)
以 URI-base 來收集的話可以考慮固定文件格式方便 bot 查詢更新

純 DeepSpeech 跑出來的中文模型應該很差，要訓練出可用的模型至少要十倍以上的語音吧⋯⋯但是有花錢買這些語音資料的專案又不會釋出模型。
