I'd like to introduce the DRAPAC VPN Project (https://drapac.net/vpn/), an initiative by EngageMedia and our partners aimed at protecting human rights defenders from internet censorship and online surveillance.

Through the project, human rights defenders can obtain access keys to a pool of Outline servers maintained by DRAPAC VPN partners. You can request VPN support by completing a simple needs assessment with EngageMedia (https://drapac.net/vpn/engagemedia) or any one of the DRAPAC VPN partners.

We also welcome organisations with the capacity to run Outline servers to contribute through the DRAPAC VPN Partnership (https://drapac.net/vpn/partners/).

@kiang @ronnywang 有一份 csv 檔, 顯示所有國考的檔案網址, 我想要去抓, 但是 wget 無法直接抓, 不知道我哪裡有錯, 還是要設定 User-Agent ? ( URL 範例: https://wwwq.moex.gov.tw/exam/wHandExamQandA_File.ashx?t=Q&code=101010&c=301&s=22&q=1 )
我用 wget 沒有遇到問題？

我現在都直接用 google chrome 產生的 curl 指令，像這樣就可以了

抓好了, 未壓縮 13.1 G , 89484 個 pdf , 下一步想, 抽出資料來讓各個 AI 考某一年的台灣國考, 看看誰能接手處理, 如果沒人接手我就慢慢弄
