最近發現健保署的網站 (www.nhi.gov.tw)在租屋處或咖啡廳無法開啟。經電話詢問後，健保署那邊好像也發現有不少人反映在自家公司無法連線到這個網址。

因為 www.nhi.gov.tw 的 DNS 紀錄中只有一條 A record: 210.69.214.131。
我使用了 ping 指令來確認這個 IP，發現封包要麼丟失，要麼沒有回傳。使用 who.is 的 diagnose 服務也是一樣（內政部的網站 www.moi.gov.tw 在 A record 提供的 IP 則可以 ping 到）。

另外，我也發現在 shodan.io 這個搜索引擎中，這個 IP 無法被查詢，可能代表海外的服務商同樣無法連線到 210.69.214.131。（同樣，www.moi.gov.tw 提供的 IP 是可以在 shodan.io 查詢的）。

由於並非完全無法連線（例如我的手機是可以正常開啟網站的）健保署的客服似乎不太清楚如何解決。請問有人可以幫忙調查看看嗎? 或是有其它政府機關可以反映這個狀況?

連假過後，g0v 揪松團想揪大家一起來辦松～

農曆春節前，揪松團舉辦了一場「坑主小聚」，邀請及感謝過去一年的小幫手們在 g0v 大松的各種協助、零時小學校講師和夥伴們提供的知識與實務上的指導，並和坑主們一起聊聊開坑過程中最常遇到的問題。

本次基礎松將延續及深化坑主小聚的討論，另也預計討論 g0v 成就系統、零時小學校數位公民手冊、影響力報告的網頁呈現等提案。熱烈歡迎社群夥伴們一起加入！

I would love to organise a workshop where we talk about and develop some scenario's of what a taiwan AI society in the year 2046 would look like ! My research focusses on how to improve AI and Data governance and regulation and having your input can help me see what needs to be done to get those futures with (flying cars) we want !
