I'm a French PhD researcher in Urban Science, investigating democracy 2.0 and future governance.
Taipei is one of my case studies !

From October I will start working on the data analytics, statistics and probability, to try a rise in generalization, and propose answers for the future of city governance at a global scale.  Some more data visualization and graphs of network dynamics on Taipei city will be available around April 2021.

想蒐集透過標案資料來進行議題分析的團體案例，例如 大河小溪全民齊督工，歸納出水利工程必會使用河川名稱用字，故可以用河川名稱表撈出全台河川標案；或是希望透過標案資料了解縣市升格前後社福支出型態是否有變化，會需要歸納哪些標案名稱命名規則，即代表該標案屬於社福支出。不曉得整體標案名稱用詞上還有沒有更多規則可以歸納？ https://g0v.hackmd.io/3SfsTv4dT06CNF7O-TWclg?view

我現在找的狀況供參：
因為有特定要比對的局處，因此可透過「招標單位」先撈出一輪，速度快很多。
但像是臺南縣時期，開標的單位主要是掛「臺南縣政府」而非「臺南縣政府社會處」，因此最好先去採購公報網確認過主要招標單位，後續再去Ronny的標案瀏覽會比較好找。
有個蠻特定的主題：以「糖鐵」、「糖業鐵」("糖業鐵"路、"糖業鐵"道) 作為關鍵字，搜尋歷年政府標案採購網：

Dear all:

_Pingdown_[1] 跟 _freshping_[2] 雲端監控- 對外的狀態網網頁 ( Public stats page ) ， 看起來可以設在 DNS 上開一個CNAME 指到監控商服務 ；並且在服務商平台就設好我們要的自己的子網域對應例如 stats.g0v.tw 就好 🙂

我們 g0v.tw 是不是也可以用類似的 Public stats page? 或者是已經有用了(我看一下首頁好像沒看到) ?

我是正在製作作品與籌備展覽的藝術工作者，在新一檔的展覽當中，試圖從20世紀初以來孟加拉、印度、尼泊爾的人口移動路線談論不存在於地圖上的邊界，可能是政治的、經濟的與社會階級的。而在近幾個月以來印度政府透過封鎖中國製app 來加強防範與固守邊界的例子當中，獲得了很好的關於數位邊界的例子，台灣也面對了來自中國的種種威脅，但似乎還沒有完整地關於「數位邊界」的討論，不知道g0v 的成員們對這個題目會不會有興趣呢?

這檔展覽即將在10/17-11/14在福利社（http://www.frees-art-space.com/）展出
