規劃都還沒研究完，發包的技術細節哪裡出來的？？？廠商給中央印製廠的嗎？（無誤）
剛找到 https://www.cepp.gov.tw/TheFiles/publication/1da178e8-0cbe-4b01-8da7-217a8dae88d8.pdf ，這個是 2015 年寫的，看起來中央印製廠在 2015 年就有做規格研究了
所以中央印製廠在 2015 年就派黃士剛到瑞士和英國做晶片身份證的公司考察和實習，中央印製廠那時候應該就自己有在研擬晶片身份證的技術規格了

另外因為插座不多，請大家電腦充飽飽或是自備延長線過來使用。
HDMI 線 我幫忙帶幾條，我有超多條，沒有10公尺（6m + 2m + 2m），所以我用中繼的方式，中繼器需要吃 USB 電才行，請支援1個行動電源即可，我會帶一個行動電源給它用。

OCF 申請下來了，然後是個 windows 程式一直去中選會拉資料（？！），以前也是這樣嗎
2014 年是要去 http://download.vote2014.nat.gov.tw/running.dat 這個網址抓，這網址會回丟最新資料檔出來，抓的時候需要帳號密碼
喔喔，原來我只看到 windows 那篇，看來是一樣的
如 @hcchien407 上面所提，OCF這邊有向中選會申請到資料界接了，如果有興趣的話可以與我聯絡，由我這邊統一向OCF提交申請。謝謝~

2018 年是不是中選會後來有提供 API ?
我 2014 年會做這個 API 服務，是因為中選會在 2014 年只一次提供一個 running.dat 的大檔，需要解析才能抓出各投票所的資料
所以才做一個 API 幫大家解出來，可以用縣市和選舉條件選你要的資料來看
這我就沒 follow 了，但今年的看起來跟之前的比較像？！
但我記得好像 2018 年中選會自己也有做類似的？所以我後來就沒繼續了
看來這次是出個大 json
目前打算切成小的 json 丟到 google 上，看有誰想用的，有什麼樣的 use cases 可以找我聊
其實就只是想要第一時間拿到候選人的資料全部匯入吧，雖然上次選舉的都還沒時間處理 XD

審計部那邊的資料也對應不起來？
最近有點想把「預算案」「法定預算」「決算」都連結在一起。然後再連結立法院針對各科目的凍結案以及標案

我可以分享我在這些崗位做過的事情，得失與成敗。我也想聽聽你們在台灣政府內與外現在做些什麼，有什麼成敗困難？ 你們有時間分享交流嗎？我是用個人身份來分享的，不是 official 身份。 分享都應該是用英語，因為我的國語不是太好。聽到大概六至七成，講到應該只得五成。

@kiang Ah, thanks for the context! I cannot guarantee right now, but what if we can set up a talk, and have it remotely available thru Google Hangout if it happens in Taipei? Then folks can join? If that didn’t work out, I am happy to do it when I get back to the US to set something more convenient for your team?
18F is all about remote-first 🙂
I'm OK with remote first culture. But it's not easy for many people in Taiwan government. I'll try to forward your public schedule to them.

I think there are definitely interests. Not that we have to do it this way but there is a #intl channel and a g0v-intl task force including me, @isabelhou, and @chihao to help with international exchanges. We could help setup an event like this.

@amymok As the 37th g0v hackathon will be held in Tainan City this December, the first time away from Taipei, that 新手教學 event is meant to introduce g0v style hackathon and the g0v projects to the tech communities in Tainan. I think the community members who have interests in joining g0v hackathon will be also right audience for what you will share?

Thinking a little bit more about the audience. I think the main audience should be people that are doing some of these works already. Where we can already sharing with each other, and take back what we learned to our work the next day. Or people that is in the community trying to do this work with gov. The new folks should be secondary audience, and it would be great to get them excited too! Will this event get enough of the main audience though?
To me at least, each g0v event always gets around half and half between people who’s already doing work, and people who’s looking to contribute/just curious.

Actually, I am not sure how many people we are expecting at 新手教學?
@pm5 I am expecting 20-30 ppl from local communities. I think the date of the event and the location should be mainly decided by @amymok to fit her travel plan.

I can do one in Taipei, and I am working with @kiang to do one in Tainan. So I should cover both places. So we can keep our planning in Taipei if that is more convenient for you all. I don’t really prefer to be in Tainan so close to the time I leave if that’s ok.
