當然基本了解後要玩到能自己組裝也就幾萬塊，而我發現台灣好像沒有相關在推有民防觀念的無人機(RC飛機)團體，網路相關的公開社團看起來也不是很熱絡及組織，有在想說能不能組織這樣一個社群即使我現在也只是一個新手而已．．．（長文詳細有興趣 chiah 來講）

其實可以，我知道在部分東南亞國家的確有人權工作者會應用類似的技術來避免政府監控

我這邊聽到的 scenario 比較原始，如果有訊息要傳到國外，會透過 community based network 把訊息傳到有能力翻牆或取得連外通訊的人手上，再轉傳出去
所以我們應該建立台灣對外的鴿子封包系統，以便海纜斷光時可以維持通訊！
在與那國島跟台灣各養一籠鴿子，訓練他們飛來飛去飛來飛去

從焦慮到理解：重新認識數位時代的公民協作

從技術演進到社群轉型，探索數位時代公民參與的新樣貌 我從高中到現在，一路參與了 4 年的 g0v 當我第一次感受到 g0v 活力減弱時，內心不免產生了些許焦慮，這也促使我開始深入思考自己的參與方式，進而選擇休學，試圖解決這個問題。我看到黑客松參與人數下降、個人發起的各種的專案無以為繼，彷彿看到一個重要的公民力量即將消散。但有趣的是，當我真的跟社群的人說我打算休學的決定之後，他們都一臉困惑，覺得這是個非常衝動的決定（事實也證明卻是是這樣沒錯） 這樣的焦慮也讓我開始思考，不只是 g0v，整個數位世界的公民參與是否也正在經歷類似的變化。 經過半年的沉澱與思考，我開始看見不一樣的風景 g0v 動能的下降並不代表它正在衰退，而是在數位時代巨變下的自然演化 可以想像成一隻肥大的毛毛蟲漸漸變得一動也不動，這不代表這隻毛毛蟲即將死去，而是代表轉變期即將來臨，在這次轉變之後，這樣的社群型態將會化為一隻動能更強大的蝴蝶，引導著更多人在數位世界裡生活下去。 磁碟片終將被雲端取代，傳統的協作模式也必然面臨轉型。雖然大松經費短缺是個迫切的挑戰，但這只是整個生態系統中的一環，而非全貌。同時我認為

Exodus 2.0 is a method and tool for network self-organization into a global, decentralized trust network of mutual assistance and direct cooperation—a powerful alternative to existing hierarchies.
Unlike “Chinese mutual insurance platforms,” Exodus 2.0 employs a fundamentally different approach, making the network invulnerable to censorship and interference without the need for blockchain. A newly discovered law in network theory mathematically proves that the emergence of such a network is inevitable on a global scale.
This is an open-source project where the R&D work is complete. We’re ready to hand the blueprints to enthusiastic developers who can create an end-user product and set this unstoppable process in motion.

2. 現場提供飲料餐點，請自備環保餐具（杯子、餐具、餐盒），減少免洗餐具用量
