I'm starting a $1,000 community AI node in Memphis. My goal is to use Pol.is-style consensus to manage local artisan projects and ADU builds. APNIC Foundation is pleased to announce the 2026 APNIC Foundation Research Fellowships.
This initiative continues our commitment to supporting applied, evidence-based techno-policy research that strengthens the digital infrastructure and technical knowledge of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The fellowship will award five selected researchers a stipend of USD 10,000 each to undertake an eight-month research project from April to November 2026. As a remote-first fellowship, it empowers researchers to drive local impact while connecting with the broader Internet technical community.
Application open 10 March 2026 and close 31 March, 2026, 11:59 PM (UTC+10).
