如果是我做 Fixtw 我會訂每個月的營收上限，只要這個月捐款有達標，下個月服務就會繼續下去。（不過我不知道這方法實際上有沒有搞頭就是了。）
我是覺得禁止分身的規則合理，但規則跟用字可以稍微調一下
我覺得既然他可以查到是分身是同一個身份證，那應該可以在程式上阻擋，而不只是寫在條文上。
這些構想都很好，實施上會有些細節要確認:


- 營收上限要訂多少好呢？例如說，和自己在公司上班的相同薪資嗎？或是單純只看現金支出呢？

- 捐款是放一個金流連結在網站上，並等人自由捐款嗎？ 如果不是的話，該怎麼收費呢？

- 如果幾個月沒達標就關閉服務了嗎？


阻擋分身的方法，目前沒有一個有效的好方法，例如說，我沒有權限驗證健保卡，肯定也沒這個技術成本

如果單純依賴身分證號碼不能重複，而且是靠程式來判斷的方法，的確會略為減少分身；

但是實務上會想破解的人，既然他連 FB 的多重註冊防護都能越過，就不太會被身份證號這招擋下來，因為它可以找別人的身分證號

另外一個問題是，既然是認身份證號，那我能不能代替別人送件，(也就是使用別人的身份證號和額度 )
我認為平鋪直敘寫明「使用別人的身分證字號，涉及偽造文書及令使公務員登載不實罪。如經查獲，本網站將會中止你的使用權限，並配合檢調機關搜查」這樣，然後實際上還是只直接擋重複身分證就好。真的不用在這種防弊上花太多時間。

elm滿方便但是reasonML 看起來也不錯,會用到的人可能比elm多
elm讓人快速做prototype, 後來如果prototype不小心變成production code也不太會擔心什麼

I gave it a try yesterday, i got some react working but it was quite confusing
maybe mostly because of the rebranding and the documentation/google indexes not following
(like having to choose between three versions of List modules and trouble to find which fold_left is working and how)
but maybe with some practice things can get clearer
Comparing to Elm, it is more flexible, with easier interop with Js, but it then I'm more likely to feel lost. In Elm you are kind of forced to do things in a certain way, but it happens to be very close to what would be "my way"(🎶) So I'd probably get basic things done faster, where in Rescript, I'm a bit confused on basic things but It may be more convenient in complex cases
(just first impression after a few hours), one main big difference is also Haskell vs. Ocaml syntaxes (and then Elm framework vs. React)

@a-chioh That's a great overview, maybe you should write a blog post 😁 Renaming definitely messed up with the discovery at this stage but I hope they will sort it out soon. Elm also has many advantages to it, maybe it is better to evaluate on a project-by-project or even widget-by-widget basis

I have mixed feelings, elm seems less frustratring in some aspects, with a better integration to my IDE (idea intelliJ)

Elm seems strong on animation front but I am not sure. As you said, ReScript team is very strong (and they seem to have a long-term vision for being the front-end language on web [something Dart failed at :D])

@a-chioh Yes, although the rebranding is very new, they still didn't do the proper announcement (AFAIK they are pulling marketing stuff together). One thing is for sure: `.res` files will be the future of this effort on web front-end. (But I was surprised when I found out infix overload syntax changed from `(+)` to `\"+"` :joy:)
I probably use a strangely mixed syntax in my own code
I have only vague memories of ocaml (good memories though :P)

I think your code is all Reason, new ReScript syntax gets rejected by Reason compiler :D

maybe that was a source of frustration, my vague ocaml memories getting rejected by the compiler one by one ?
and more concretely, the idea plugin for Elm is doing a much better job at helping the beginner

有人希望我 Tag @au 想一想這個搞不好很有機會改進。

是這樣的，目前如果要做土地買賣等等的資料需要先調謄本，確定這個房子是誰的，該系統網站掛於內政部之下 （nat.gov.tw) 但是需要用民間公司中華電信來付款，付款方式還十分不便，先不要說沒有ATM或是信用卡好了，使用者必須要是中華電信像是光世代之類的月租帳戶（手機不行）不然就是要另外買點數卡。
