Around 2001-2004, Thai gov supported the development of Thai OpenOffice.org (two branches, Pladao Office and Office TLE) (I was part of Pladao team back then, as a Sun employee). But they more focused on the software and compatibility with MS Office file format. Not much discussion about open file format. Pladao discountinued after the Oracle aquisition. Same for Office TLE.

Hi everyone,
之前北市府財政局 fork 天龍特工地的網站，
『臺北市市有閒置空間查詢平台』（ http://reformspace.taipei/ ），
最近財政局有意做近一步的改版。

稍早增加了六筆新的『民眾提案活化標的』在資料集裡頭，歡迎查閱了解詳情，
到時也會配合財政局的新專案廣邀民眾提案（專案最快 4/9 會有新聞稿發佈），
為了整合網站及局處的業務，未來可能會使用 Typeform 及 Discourse 來徵收提案及促進市民討論（還在討論中）。
在這邊希望能徵得有 UI/UX 經驗及對土地活化專案有經驗的朋友參加之後的會議，目前時間未定，有提供出席諮詢費 2000 元。

歐盟告得到沒有人嗎？(誤)
以 GDPR 來說，好比 httpd access log 的 peer ip 就已經會被 GDPR 算作 personal data 的一種，所以基本上一定會踩到。
只好 Log to /dev/null XD
但實務上其實並沒有明確的規範，所以任何應對行為大概都是以「被告了怎麼辦」為決策依歸，也就是依風險決定行為。
因為我覺得現在在行政院滿常看到中華民國政府處理 GDPR 處理到焦頭爛額，所以想說雖然是針對歐盟，但是會不會也有什麼我們要注意的
所以回過來看，歐盟告得到沒有人嗎？(無誤) 如果告不到的話，就沒有風險，沒有風險就不用理會？ #不負責任發言
應該可能可以告到 Linode 或 AWS ，然後再透過平台告到原坑主？
敝社有一大塊資料是敝 team 負責，基本上我也是 GDPR 苦主。:-p

@mrorz 因為實務上沒有明確的規範，你只能賭賭看第一個「案例」在法庭上認為 peer ip 算還是不算。技術上封包裡的 peer ip 確實是在客戶端的電腦裡填上送過來的。
所以如果第一個判例是這樣不行的話

不會掰啊，GDPR 又沒有說你不能收 personal data。
對齁，GDPR 是這樣說 https://gdpr-info.eu/art-5-gdpr/
這樣看來即使 peer IP 算是 personal data，但拿 IP 用來做三方交握 (1) 完全是合理的，而且 (2) 公開地寫在 TCP protocol 裡面所以很透明
很透明的意思是說，你會收你要跟 user 講清楚你會收，不能偷偷收。ˊ目前實務上認為把說明埋在 EULA 裡面仍然算作偷偷收。至於「我以為你也懂 TCP protocol 所以不用講你也應該知道我會收」可不可以，我不知道。XD

如果在 EULA 裡面聲明了，也請使用者一定要看過才繼續了，這樣還不能保障寫軟體的人的話，那 EULA 不就形同虛設了嗎 QQ
除了 EULA 要符合 hard consent 和 transparency 的要求，還有一個要求是 ability to opt-out，所以 user 如果想要移除自己的資料就要可以移除。
這包含 log、資料庫、cookie 等等地方的資料。
