I am YOJI, a retail section leader from Japan specializing in store operations, labor/inventory management, renovation, and business process re-engineering (BPR).
*I will be staying in Taipei from June 6th to June 12th.*
My goal is to learn about g0v’s "bottom-up digital governance," "incentive design for field users," and "how to seamlessly integrate digitalization into frontline operations" to address labor shortages caused by an aging population.
⚠️ I only speak basic English and no Chinese, but I am ready to communicate using translation apps and drawing visual diagrams/process maps on my notebook!
*I have two questions for the community:*
:pushpin: 1. Are there any in-person hackathons or meetups in Taipei on June 6th or 7th?
:pushpin: 2. If there are no big events, is there a hub where g0v members gather on weekday evenings? Or any project leaders available for a quick 15-minute interview? (I can adapt to your schedule anytime for a coffee, lunch, or a text chat!)
If possible, I would also love to see some digitized frontline sites (e.g., retail stores, renovation sites) to understand their real-world bottlenecks and solutions.

我預計在 6 月 6 日至 12 日期間造訪台北。
面對日本高齡化與勞動力不足的挑戰，我希望能透過這次機會，學習 g0v 的「自下而上的數位治理」、「第一線人員的誘因機制設計（Incentive Design）」以及「如何將數位化融入現場營運」的成功經驗，以拓展未來的顧問視野。
:warning: 雖然我的英語能力有限，且完全不會中文，但我準備好用 「翻譯軟體（DeepL/Google）」和「在筆記本上畫流程圖」 的方式，跟各位進行深度交流！
想請教社群的夥伴兩個問題：

:pushpin: 2. 如果剛好沒有大型活動，平日晚上是否有 g0v 夥伴常聚集的地方？或是是否有專案發起人（Project Leader）願意接受我 15 分鐘的短暫訪談？（不管是喝杯咖啡、吃午餐或直接在 Slack 上文字聊天，我都可以配合大家的時間！）
如果可以的話，我也非常想實地參觀一些數位化轉型的現場（例如：零售通路、新店或改裝工地），了解實際營運中遇到了什麼瓶頸，又是如何克服的。
