Hello! I run a network development organisation in the UK called Newspeak House that focuses on how public sector and civil society institutions use and think about technology. Can anyone give me a bit of background for what's going on here? 😄

Not certain. Newspeak House is very busy with events so I tend to stay here, but it's silly that I don't go really.

Some here may have heard of ParticipateDB, an open online catalogue for digital engagement technology (tools and services that support public participation and community engagement – i.e., involving people in the decisions that affect them – or related group processes): http://www.participatedb.com
We’re currently running the ParticipateDB 2018 Digital Engagement Census, a global practitioner survey inviting you to share which digital engagement tools you’ve come across in your work over the past year (you can also add any lessons learned or point to related information on the web).

I contributed a Traditional Chinese version through email 🙂 is there still a chance of getting it posted? it’s probably going to get more response if it’s in Traditional Chinese (esp. the simplified version deviates a bit from the English version in a few places).
