Hello all,
As a French student in a double master on Political and Digital sciences, I have been fascinated for several years by Taiwanese democracy, and in particular by its (innovative) digital tools.
I am currently writing a memoire note to better understand how digital technology contributes to the improvement of Taiwanese democracy, taking the example of the management of the Covid-19 pandemic.
To do this, I would like to conduct an interview with Hacktivists like you, involved in collaborative platforms, to ask you some questions (examples of questions below: )
- Do you think the digital field played a big role in the virus containment? How civil society and government interacted to bring the fastest and most efficient response?
- Did you play a role in the creation of an app? What is the name and the goal?
- How do you define your role in Taiwanese politics?
If you know of any other hacktivists who could answer my questions, I would be very grateful !
Thank you in advance for your time and attention,
Best,
Nicolas Dejean

Helle @aelcenganda, thanks very much for your responses, it's awesome stuf. I'll go first into the collaborative platform in the next few days with some questions. Thanks a lot again!
@fiorella might be helpful since she is French and studied open government in Taiwan for a while.
