Worlding Korean Anthropology In and Outside Korea Invited Speaker: Prof. Heonik Kwon Facilitator: Prof. Eric Siu-kei Cheng Time: 10:00 PM, August 26 (Taipei time) Abstract: Taiwan and South Korea take up a unique place in Asis's long Cold War history. Whether the subject is kinship, religion or politics, their shared experience of the turbulent regional Cold War has had strong implications in anthropological research.
