大學是 EE 與 Debate，研究所是電信與 MBA，科技業工作有歷經 Firmware Engineer，Product Marketing，目前在公辦民營實驗學校（人文國中小）任教國中小階段。

1. 家校合作+同村共養。學校教育補足原子化家庭的功能，社會的資源打破學校的圍牆。
2. 組織（實驗）教育工作著組織，改變教育中央集權，提供家長教育參與，保障教育工作者工作權。
3. 協助人找到自己的重心。年輕人不必都活在期望與壓力下努力逃避應付，成年人不必都活在後悔與無奈中壓迫年輕人。
