Hello, I've been developing an idea for full participatory democracy - and collaboration superseding competition. I'd like to send an excerpt thinking that it may contribute to any ideas towards developing democracy. Been 'pondering' such a development for five decades and feel confident in my present model. It is part of a novel in progress. I am not a coder, not a hacker and do not have the expertise for either. Had a tough time just getting here, lol.
