我是陳宥任，目前積極推動 《公共植栽維護法》 (暫名)的立法倡議，致力於提升台灣的公有地植栽（包含綠地）的管理品質，讓更多民眾參與養護工作，確保生態環境的永續發展。
目前，中華民國的綠地規範僅限於地方公園及園道，對於更廣泛的公有植栽（如學校、公有建築周邊、停車場、水堤等）缺乏明確的管理標準與參與機制。我們希望透過立法，讓公有植栽的維護更加透明，並推動公民參與，以改善城市綠化品質、提升環境永續性。

我身為倡議者，衷心希望中央政府，能夠制定針對已開發並開放民眾前往之公有地、私有地（經政府核准變更為公共使用：如私有停車場）內植栽都能有全國統一的養護標準，作為中央與地方植栽權責機關定自治條例的共同基礎，以杜絕不當養護造成意外事故，並守護民眾的綠地生活與公共安全。
