零時政府 g0v 是台灣在地公民科技社群，以開放原始碼的精神為基底，致力於開發公民參與社會的資訊透明化平台與工具。

近年許多 g0v 參與者跨界參與政府與 NGO，以線上協作結合實體黑客松活動，推動公民參與的新模式。自從 2012 年起，g0v 揪松團每兩個月舉辦實體大黑客松，已成為持續累積社群能量與眾人之力的重要場域。

Giveth 是一個去中心化的資助平台，致力於推動公共財和影響力驅動（Impact-Driven）專案。它透過區塊鏈技術，讓社群能夠直接小額捐助各類公益專案、社會創新、環保行動及開源技術開發，並創造一個更公平、透明的捐贈環境。公開可檢視的小額捐款，將決定參與籌款的公益專案能獲得 Giveth 配對資助的金額。小額捐贈人數越多，分配得到的資助越大。

你每一筆的小額捐款，都是對該專案投下信任的一票。

由 1 月 28 日至 2 月 15 日，Giveth 舉辦有史以來最大型的 Loving on Public Goods 籌款活動，總值 10 萬美金的總資助額。綠沙發有幸成為全球 128 個公益專案中的一員，希望能透過這次的捐款籌集足夠的經費，用以持續支持舉辦台灣 g0v 大松。

Exodus 2.0 is a method and tool for network self-organization into a global, decentralized trust network of mutual assistance and direct cooperation—a powerful alternative to existing hierarchies.
Unlike “Chinese mutual insurance platforms,” Exodus 2.0 employs a fundamentally different approach, making the network invulnerable to censorship and interference without the need for blockchain. A newly discovered law in network theory mathematically proves that the emergence of such a network is inevitable on a global scale.
This is an open-source project where the R&D work is complete. We’re ready to hand the blueprints to enthusiastic developers who can create an end-user product and set this unstoppable process in motion.
