最近幾次vTaiwan想要討論共享運具的法規問題（上次小松跟Ronnie討論到，覺得是個不錯的議題，等等回去會把想法補在共筆上，也可以去看上週的小松果！

共享運具的討論已經丟到polis上了！

共享運具（或有稱創新租賃）在台灣越來越盛行。以機車來說，台灣就有三家服務提供者:威摩科技（Wemo）、睿能科技（Goshare）、和雲行動服務（iRent），然而共享運具目前在台灣僅有地方政府制定的管理條例，中央尚無法規或相關規定。同時隨著使用人數增加，車損等糾紛亦逐漸增加。因此，我們想要從消費者保護、外部成本等層面，來討論共享運具在法規上的問題。
