共享運具法規討論！

共享運具（或有稱創新租賃）在台灣越來越盛行。以機車來說，台灣就有三家服務提供者:威摩科技（Wemo）、睿能科技（Goshare）、和雲行動服務（iRent），然而共享運具目前在台灣僅有地方政府制定的管理條例，中央尚無法規或相關規定。同時隨著使用人數增加，車損等糾紛亦逐漸增加。因此，我們想要從消費者保護、外部成本等層面，來討論共享運具在法規上的問題。

大家好！我叫李可達(Kerrick)。我對臺灣的vTaiwan和其他電子民主計劃感興趣。我可以去社會創新實驗中心參加你們的會議嗎？你們什麼時候開會？ 還有，我想瞭解vTaiwan目前的情况。vtaiwan.tw最近更新的提案是EPAMD提案，它在2019-07-22更新。2020-09-25，臺北市交通局發佈，路上禁止騎個人行動運具。我不太明白vTaiwan有沒有影響了該決定。vTaiwan的過程目前還是在活動中嗎？ Hi!
