I'm a French PhD researcher in Urban Science, investigating democracy 2.0 and future governance.
Taipei is one of my case studies !

From October I will start working on the data analytics, statistics and probability, to try a rise in generalization, and propose answers for the future of city governance at a global scale. Some more data visualization and graphs of network dynamics on Taipei city will be available around April 2021.

Hi, I've been looking through the GitHub repos for g0v/vue.vtaiwan.tw and I'd like to ask - what is the overall purpose of the gh-pages branch? I'm just trying to familiarize myself with the code base.
So the gh-pages are the code for hosting vTaiwan?

關於上週三 vTaiwan 小聚提到的透過 vTaiwan 小聚再做焦點座談部份，今日開放國會針對現有的意見收集討論已經有點爆表了（今天會議已經大超時），下下週一（9/28）已經要收斂到最後的 item ，週三（9/30）要對外公布草稿了了，所以可能沒有時間再整理一場焦點座談的意見了

智利在去年經歷大規模反政府運動後，總統讓步原定今年四月展開制憲公投，因為疫情而延到了一個月後的 10/25。Andrea 和幾個同伴試用了 pol.is，覺得可以用來在公投前展開更多對話。她有一些操作的問題，希望能夠從 vTaiwan 的經驗中找到解方。
不知道 vTaiwan 參與者有沒有人願意上線一起討論？

借用他純文字的部分 XD

jitsi 很方便，可以直接當作現成 message server 用，直接用官方 jitsi 就可以純前端開發了 XD
