覺得最有效的方法是直接用experience sampling 讓 APP 跳通知問 user 當下的感受 (i.e. 今天開這著個app你有感覺到比較安全嗎? 之類的)
另外一種方法是從現有的app平台 (play store/app store) 爬評論下來coding
