你可以在 #disfactory 下打 `/github` 看指令～
這個應該會有作用：
> Subscribe to notifications for a repository:
> `/github subscribe owner/repository`
> Subscribe to notifications for all repositories in an organization:
> `/github subscribe owner`
Cofacts 的設定是用第二個指令 subscribe 整個 Cofacts organization

不用在g0v底下 只要你的帳號有權限的應該都可以subscribe

在 slack 的標準中把新的 github respotiroy 連結到一個新的 slack channel 好像就視為一個新的 app

這個我沒有很確定，可以請人實驗看看，目前 g0v slack 的設定是人人都可以申請安裝 app ，但是 app 要不要生效由 workspace admin 審核通過

舊的 app 沒有問題，要新增的 app 才會有問題

我之前也有在考慮 slack archive bot 的那隻 app 之後再擴充，讓大家可以自行申請透過那個 app 來發訊息到想要的頻道，就一樣可以做到 github to slack 的效果，缺點就是不能用 github 官方提供的 slack app ，而是需要自己另外寫
