@shangkuanlc 製作的單位不是Code For America，是NYC Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity裡的Service Design Studio，今天看到的東西是他們在Code For America Summit辦工作坊所提供的內容。

分享給大家出這個手冊的Design Director在部落格寫的一段文字，我蠻喜歡也有同感：We leverage the power that design has to bring clarity to government complexities by demonstrating that design methods can be used and practiced by those who want to have a more holistic and thoughtful approach to solving complex challenges. We don’t expect anyone to think they need to become a designer to practice service design. Rather, it’s more about equipping colleagues with new, creative and thoughtful approaches derived from the design world.

@fang @shangkuanlc 嗨， @wiltchen 說他有譯者在使用的付費 Google translation API，可以先直接丟給機器翻，再人工修訂。給他 word 檔就可以了

@aelcenganda 太好了，讓機器翻完再人工修正。但是現在手上沒有word檔耶，有人知道有什麼技術可以把jpg裡的文字轉成放到word裡的文字嗎？謝謝！
@fang Google Docs其實就可以了，先把圖片上傳到Google Drive裡面，再從右鍵選單用Google Docs打開那張圖，底下就會有Google用OCR抓出來的文字。
