食物組中午12:30後需要處理幫忙的事:
1. 看顧用餐區桌上食物的狀況,把未上桌的披薩炸雞補上
2. 整理用餐區的桌子/食物
3. 幫忙看回收的垃圾，請大家幫忙把杯子、盤子疊起來
4. 14:00 將下午茶擺放上桌，供短講結束後使用
5. 15:00 金玉堂外燴會來收東西
6. 17:00 整理桌子，將剩餘餐點茶點平均平分配到打包盒讓會眾帶回家
7. 17:30 papago會來收茶點的餐盤 、茶桶、桌巾（通常我會收好集中，以利廠商可以迅速收走~
8. 協助場地復原~

would it be possible to discuss modifying the onebutton templates to include minimally inconvenient english translations? I'm ok to do that work, and then if it seems too cluttered or not work it, then no hard feelings if it's not merged 🙂

to experiment, I could just create copies of the templates, and then assign ownership back. I'd then create a PR pointing to the new templates for discussion 🙂

hey guys, quick Q, re: *g0v prototype grants*. Do government partners ever submit applications? If so, do they just go throug hthe same channels as any other applicant? cc @bess @ael

"Government partners" are not well defined in Taiwan as I know
OH sorry I just noticed this message now. As @jimmykung mentioned, what is the “government partners” you talking about? Is people in government, or private sector working with government?

heh, well in Toronto & Canada, all our funding opportunities seem to be coordinated with tight collab of gov -- lots of "challenge" competitions focussing on problems being faced by government. I'm def not sure whether this is always a good idea, but it's how the ecosystem has been working. My sense is that this is largely due to philosophy of Code for Canada founders.

It seems the g0v grant doesn't have any particular special role for public servants (?), so I was wondering if anyone involved ever says to those inside looking to work with community, "hey, you should try to run project X as a prototype grant". I have no idea how that would work, but just wondering if it's ever happened? Like do public servants ever run prototype grant projects related to their gov work? 🙂

觀察到最近幾次黑客松有些新參者疑似吃完早餐或是午餐，聊了一下天可能還是不得進入就離開了
所以想到是否應該把新手教學匯出圖片，放在facebook社團，做成懶人包形式分享出去。這樣對新手還要開電腦開手機去找新手教學的連結登入，放在 facebook上傳閱也許還簡單一點。
也可以讓部分新參者在來大松前，可以更快地掌握幾個入門工具的註冊和使用。

所以根據子魚上次的新手教學，改了一個common版本

現場遇到這類的問題主要應該還是不習慣跟不認識這種文化，即使說可以主動，除了某些比較外向的敢直接開始搭訕以外，應該大部分還是就害羞，可能還是要主動點招呼我覺得
所以我的想法是先做懶人包相簿放FB，大松前，有興趣的人可以先看先註冊操作，反正到場還會再講一次新手教學可以熟悉。至少不會吃完東西聊完天然後就不知道自己可以幹嘛就走了。
因為主動招呼實在有點困難，有的時候來的人可能難以辨認是不是新手，只能隨緣了。
覺得除了門神以外 門神還可以有Information的功能?
可能就看到游離人士撈來問問(?)
上次提了一個新手村大概四個人來問XDD
覺得需要指出誰可以被問問題
