also, in terms of text placement, immediatley under the numbers makes the most sense to me. As for bolding or not, I don't think it really matters, but i lean torwards no bolding

hmm. when you say that, it makes me think more about what happens *after* i use disfactory to report a factor, i.e., CET files the report, it gets looked at by some beaurucrat, eventually the cops go to the factory and start getting a little mao zedong on the landowner

The reports are also used as statistics in press release, public hearings, and closed door meetings to pressure the government on the issue.

@caleb It is totally not an appropriate joke for me. Many people died in Tǔgǎi (土改) because the authority encouraged “the peasants” to start the class warfare against the landlord as far as to kill them.

No, that’s not because of my ancestors, who actually had nothing to do with the Land Reform in China at that time. It is like joking to do a little bit Nazi in a community project in any non-white neighborhood.
