a full on instructional or just like, demonstrate how easy disfactory is to use?
also, in terms of text placement, immediatley under the numbers makes the most sense to me. As for bolding or not, I don't think it really matters, but i lean torwards no bolding
to visualize the report flow process
hmm. when you say that, it makes me think more about what happens *after* i use disfactory to report a factor, i.e., CET files the report, it gets looked at by some beaurucrat, eventually the cops go to the factory and start getting a little mao zedong on the landowner

We are NOT targeting any individuals, neither the landlords nor the factory owners. We are NOT trying to make them as enemy deserve to be beaten to death or derive their property right.

No, that’s not because of my ancestors, who actually had nothing to do with the Land Reform in China at that time. It is like joking to do a little bit Nazi in a community project in any non-white neighborhood.

or maybe 3 insomuch as they take a pic, put a pin on the map, and then presumably fill out some information, then submit

Hi @yukai & All，我昨晚做了 新增工廠 的user testing（user是我），從抵達網頁到完成任務（新增工廠但未上傳圖片）大約花了三分鐘左右。

_*為抱持一般使用者瀏覽網頁的習慣，並沒有給自己設定目標要快速完成任務。_
觀察到以下幾點：
1）無法當下識別紅色點 = 我
2）對「可標示（黑色） 」或「不可標示（透明）」地區感到混淆

本研究以群眾外包探究公民政治參與、實踐民主的可能。台灣另類媒體「沃草有限公司」，其具備新媒體特質，影響台灣公民參與政治的方式。從「沃草」發展自社會運動的脈絡，受到資金的贊助，成立實體公司並陸續開始執行專案。之後，公司也歷經信任危機，更換過執行長，並重新取得大眾的信任。「沃草」如何組成，從人力、資金、運作執行，並研究其專案執行上與群眾外包，甚至與審議民主之間的關聯性。研究發現，群眾外包強調以網路作為群眾參與的重要場域，給予審議民主在網路上發展的可能。國外諸多群眾外包案例並非完全適用於台灣，但可以成為「沃草」參考對象。群眾外包模式不論由上而下、由下而上，或公私協作，必須以公民為最重要主體，並以參與為主要目的，公民科技的使用為輔助。「沃草」發展屬於台灣在地的群眾外包模式，包括網路線上能量累積，再擴張現下舉辦實體活動，並擔任政府與公民間的平台蒐集民意。讓參與政治有趣化，藉著專案的執行進行一場台灣公民教育，長期監督政府的社會運動。

Hi @yukai & All，我昨晚做了 新增工廠 的user testing（user是我），從抵達網頁到完成任務（新增工廠但未上傳圖片）大約花了三分鐘左右。

_*請注意音量大小/忽略一些奇怪的語助詞（逃）_
_*為抱持一般使用者瀏覽網頁的習慣，並沒有給自己設定目標要快速完成任務。_
觀察到以下幾點：
1）無法當下識別紅色點 = 我
2）對「可標示（黑色） 」或「不可標示（透明）」地區感到混淆
反省：可能我開始testing前就被提示「拉到黑色 -> 提示不在農地範圍；拉到透明 -> 可以進下一步」限制住，所以一開始花額外的時間在瀏覽頁面哪裡有黑色或透明的東西，而不是一開始就點選 CTA（我想新增可疑工廠）。
Solution（待補）：
1）紅色點 —— 模仿google map 的 my location？
2）可標示/不可標示的地區—— 可否有錯誤提示來增加使用者信心（實際案例還要找，像是紅框強調可標示地點）
3）是否可多3～5個 user testing 看看有哪些重疊的情況，再優化設計/流程

昨年、農地に新しく建設された違法工場に対する2回目の法改正がありました。 違法工場を報告するための新しいプロセスが導入され、私たち（CET）は、報告プロセスを体系化するための「Disfactory」と言うプロジェクトを提案するNGOです。
地方自治体は報告された工場に対して行動を起こすことが難しい理由について、中央政府と話し合っています。 倉庫として使用されている工場や建設中の工場と言う状況もあります。 私たちは当局をプッシュするための追加の法源を考えています。
現在、私たちはまだ新築の違法工場に焦点を合わせています。 最近、ソーラーパネルの設置などによって合法化される既存の違法工場の新しい措置がありました。 既存のものは、私たちがここで目指していないので、直接的に関係がありません。
フロントエンド側でいくつかの技術的なタスクとバグについて話し合っています。 初心者メンバーは私たちが使用している技術スタック（TypeScript）に精通しておらず、入門のタスクを紹介しています。
Zyanさんは、現在の通報システムのユーザーインターフェイスを使用しているときに見つかった不具合のところの画面記録を共有しています。
農地を地図上に表示する方法は、このプロジェクトに困っているどころです。 ただいま共有されている問題については、まずはgithubへの統合するようにしましょう。

画像アノテーションをクラウドソーシングのために、メカニズムを設計する方法について話し合っています。 Yen-Chia さんは、煙の注釈に関する以前のシステムを共有しています。

跟一個朋友聊到衛星圖比對的部分，他建議我們要去問做 GIS 的人，除了標記是否是新增工廠這個 label 以外，有沒有其他需要標註和收集的數據以利後續分析。也提到之前 @hsu.yenchia 說的，在一個 run 裡面要塞我們已知答案的比對，用來判斷該標註者的資料品質，不過他還多提到可以用來weighting ，決定哪些點需要第三人看過

Hm, I'm not sure about this, all factories are stored together in the same array regardless of type, and at least from the style function I can't seem to differentiate factory types. In any case, when clustered, they're stuck on top of eachother, so if there's two different kinds of factories getting clustered, I'm not sure how to display both. I think I'd need to separate the factories into different collections by type, which means finding some way of not using `factoriesLayerSource`, what do you think @yukai ?
i at least updated the styles to make the cluster circles bigger, use the new color, and increased the font
hey @caleb let’s continue our discussion on GitHub (https://github.com/Disfactory/frontend/issues/73#issuecomment-851461557). I leave a possible solution.

Hm, I'm not sure about this, all factories are stored together in the same array regardless of type, and at least from the style function I can't seem to differentiate factory types. In any case, when clustered, they're stuck on top of eachother, so if there's two different kinds of factories getting clustered, I'm not sure how to display both. I think I'd need to separate the factories into different collections by type, which means finding some way of not using `factoriesLayerSource`, what do you think @yukai ?
i at least updated the styles to make the cluster circles bigger, use the new color, and increased the font
