你是否曾經想要跟別人解釋「公民科技是什麼」「開放政府到底在幹嘛」「開放資料怎麼幹的」，但一開口卻不知該從何說起，或是到底要講多淺多深，或是找不到好案例來介紹？
　
（小編我曾經跟麻瓜朋友提過開放資料這個名詞，但對方回家後傳Line問我「你剛剛說的『開飯』資料哪裡找得到？」😂）
