台灣應對 Covid 的方針要是能給國外輕易 Fork 與行或許能幫上一點忙。

要是能直接 Fork 一個政府就太美妙了。或許在未來任一個集體更容易獨立為一個國家。 > *如果領土被敵軍佔領，可以快速利用數據大使館重新在世界上任何一個地方重建政府。*
