想請問一下 OSCV Pass 相關票務問題該找哪個窗口處理

於報名頁面選擇「貢獻者邀請碼」會跳出「The invitation code can not be blank.」錯誤
而選擇「Invitation Code」則會跳出「The invitation code [...] is invalid or it has been used already.」

昨天下午直接回信到 oscvpass@ocf.tw 了，但還沒收到回覆

For some context, g0v Summit 2020 is a ticketed event and already has its own live-streaming services, run by commercial service providers (contracted by g0v Summit 2020) and volunteers. @jolynyc

That is why I am asking. This session specifically says "How can we shore up support for the agenda in the U.S.? And what does the rest of the world need to do to ensure that internet freedom is advanced?" So, on this particular session, it would seem appropriate to maximize exposure to a wider audience via the Internet Society.
