找成功廳的初衷是：就算是分散式的會議，可能還是需要一個場合（限時大台？）把大家聚集起來，以往年經驗來說，就是中研院的 R0，是真的蠻大的空間。

今天討論什麼？議程主題?
每個禮拜一次的進度更新。目前事情不太多，應該不會講太久。可以討論一下贊助進度、對 maker 軌的想法、疫情因應、要不要暫時改兩個禮拜更新一次。晚點有電腦在開議程共筆。

會議是固定每週日晚上九點嗎？
目前只有總籌組會每個禮拜開一個進度會議。其它組開始成形以後才會有其它固定會議吧

問了一下，詳細辦法 4-5 月會出來，要件：
3 個國家以上，須超過 30 人以上外賓，總人數 100 人以上會議(主題不限)，會前一個月申請
喔喔～
