想運用在以下資料主題，防鳥擊措施案例地圖，案例措施多為建物立面、窗戶，所以想找找看能標記及展示建物立面的資料整合地圖

來做一張 避難收容場所 線上地圖搭配篩選器~

大家若有發現資料位置有誤，可以到 這份資料集釋出網頁，填寫回報給消防署
• 例如我這邊有看到 苗栗縣很多收容場所的經緯度 都集中到 臺北市忠孝新生捷運站
• 有一些飄出去的 （除了一筆軍營不提供明確經緯度）
• 以及像是，一個避難收容處所，標記不是室內，也不是室外，那這是什麼意思？..

[構想] 程式自動勘誤
• [較有把握] 陸域範圍取交集
• [不太有把握] 用地址產出經緯度，與原始資料經緯度計算距離，課題：許多地址產出的經緯度也不一定在場所位置

原本都是透過 "批次地址比對服務" 的 key 在使用門牌轉座標的服務，現在看起來這條路徑都關閉了，一定要用公司或單位身份申請 "全國門牌位置比對服務"
