此外，攝影師發布的圖片是人們專業評判的圖片，這可以帶來更多的客戶 - 選擇和發布一組精選的照片會給別人留下好印象，這樣一來攝影師就更有可能找到更多的客戶幫助他們在自己的手藝上生活得很好。這是志願服務或折扣工作獎勵的重要組成部分。

我不認為我們可以在這里處理像代碼這樣的照片，因為代碼可以判斷它是如何工作的，而照片則是根據直覺判斷的。

類似的考慮可以適用於新聞imho。（即開源新聞可以犧牲其他東西 : 見“cablegate”vs“巴拿馬論文”，其中一次大的電纜轉儲與時間線上的計算版本相比影響最小）。我是一個大風扇，但開源的思想可以有取捨需要權衡 :heart: ️

國際重要開放資料指標Open Data Barometer的推動者全球資訊網基金會，最近推出「開放資料氣壓計——領袖版」報告，衡量30個承諾開放資料的國家政府表現，包含全球二十大工業國及簽署「開放資料憲章」的國家。報告指出，這些國家整體的表現確實比2016年好出兩到三倍，然而他們也發現三大疑慮：首先，在各國政府所有資料中，還是只有少於五分之一的資料有開放；其次，最早開始推動開放資料的英、美兩國，開放程度不進反退；最後，政府還是把開放資料當成次要的計畫，而不是將其擺在優先地位。

新聞小幫手的服務我不會讓他下線，過去的回報內容仍然可以讓大家看到，只是中止回報以及我會把 extension 下架，因此新聞小幫手目前並沒有「主機營運」的問題。

如果有人想要再營運新聞小幫手，可以用新聞小幫手的程式碼再另外 fork 一套出來另外營運，只是就我的考量，我覺得新聞小幫手應該要砍掉重來，現在的新聞小幫手有太多不能解決的問題，因此我不太建議在完全不修改架構動線的情況下就複製一個新聞小幫手出來

[獎助金] 有公務員想問：

機關編列的獎補助費用，往往給民間每案只有一兩萬，成不了什麼事。而民間專案在籌錢的時候，又要到處去一一找贊助，很不方便。

有沒有一種可能是，政府機關直接提供獎助金給「公民科技獎助金」（或類似概念的東西，可能小不拉嘰，也可能是一個獎助金大平台），讓這些民間的專案可以一次籌足費用？

如果把問題變得具體一點，大概就是當政府機關有機會修訂自己家的獎補助辦法時，想要包含一些對社群來說比較適合的態樣在裡面，但不太清楚民間需要的模式可能可以長怎樣，所以希望請有申請過獎助金的大大們不吝提供看法，謝謝！

[就 g0v grants 角度來說] 在設定獎助金一開始揪松團討論過，就先排除了「政府單位提供獎助金給 g0v grants」這個選項。主要考量是，有些專案是批判政府的，不希望有立場衝突的疑慮（因為希望得獎金而改變了投稿取向?）

記得曾經有政府單位希望可以 fork 一版，不過辦獎助金整個流程不是給錢就了結，就看政府希望想要什麼樣的模式，參考民間版本進行？所以也是要看，想要申請獎助金的團隊，要的是錢，還是要其他附加的東西。

首先 hackpad 的程式架構並不單純，他是一個公司一群工程師的團隊數年開發出來的，所以不是一兩個志願者就能很容易接手繼續擴張開發。裡面還用了不只一種程式語言。我之前在架 http://hackpad.tw 也研究了裡面程式很久。

如果沒有志願者那就改看有沒有是為了利益而來，想另外做成服務賺錢的。但是第一個這麼做的 hackpad 已經被 dropbox 買走了，再跟著做 hackpad 複製版的人應該也很難遇到這樣的機會了

架設 http://hackpad.tw 也不是零成本，因為我是附在 middle2 上，hackpad 資源吃特別兇我給他另外一台主機，一個月因為 hackpad 也要多花 600NTD。如果沒綁在 middle2 上的話可能有兩台主機加備份機制至少一個月 1500NTD 跑不掉，一年也要為架設他負擔個 18000 NTD 的成本

順帶一提，2019 年的 g0v grants 即將開跑，今年想增加一個機制，就是除了有自己想法的團隊可以提案以外，也想要增加一個「許願區」，就是「你有想法但是你沒時間或你懶得做，但你願意把你的想法丟到公領域中讓任何人來幫忙把他做掉」。所以許願區可能會有幾個層級，像是「1. 我有很完整的想法，但我沒法做，我願意把想法完整寫出來，任何人可以來做這個想法」或「2.我有粗略的想法，歡迎人來接手讓想法更完整」或「3.我有發現很嚴重的問題，歡迎人來幫忙寫出解法並讓人來執行解法」之類的幾個層級。

第一個問題是: 我用 iPhone-5s / 系統版本 iOS 12.0/ 瀏覽器用Chrome，昨天還用起來好好的，網頁還算流暢，上傳選舉看板照片的功能和流程也都正常，但今天就卡卡的都失敗，或者是到了選擇候選人那一步就沒顯示出候選人清單。

不確定是client端還是server端的問題，想問一下有沒有問題排除的建議？
