但這個前提要建立在開始投票時，先 mint 好固定數量的 token (票)，並且平均發給投票人。

衍伸的問題是，
1. 怎麼定義出這些投票人
2. 怎麼解決匿名問題

1 & 3 都會牽扯到 KYC 怎麼做，私鑰怎麼產生＆管理。
2. 印象中有些智慧合約企圖解決這個問題

這專案主要是想讓一般大眾能更想像和了解到若是被中國統一之後，生活會有什麼改變，以提高危機意識

因為我覺得譬如一些關心政治的粉絲團關心的議題對一般人太廣了。我自己也沒有力氣去關心服貿、選舉、反核、自經區等等等等立委去關注的眾多議題，因此在 2020 前，我只想關心唯一一個議題，就是「統一」。

若是被統一，這些議題都只能在「合理」的程度下討論了。而且上一次選舉的經驗我也學到，非臉書同溫層（Line 同溫層）的選票力量這麼強大，中X 電視台的新聞報導這麼深入人心和各餐廳小吃店。外加其實向💰看齊的人們現在大多就是想要統一。我相信一般人民能看清統一會很慘的話，自然不會相信支持統一的團體和媒體，自然能解決許多問題。

俄羅斯是「併吞」他國，「併吞」是不同國家之間使用的動詞。「統一」是用在同個國家，覺得把中國「統一」換成「併吞」比較好。

看起來好像有收到 SIGQUIT... 然後 jruby 丟了個警告出來。（不確定是否相關）但如果一整天都有 log... 也許實際上沒死... 話說有沒有 status code 500 前後的訊息啊
