Not sure if this is the best way boost it, but I feel if I am going to write something about the Twitter account that you're trying to boost I need to know more about the campaign.
There are a few trickier things to follow in the sns reviewing process because they are only explained in taiwanese mandarin, but there seems to me no other restrictions as to who can send a request.
