Hello! I read a book about the civictech in Taiwan.
I’m impressive about moedict project, so I forked that to “CE典” as for Japanese.

It speaks by Web Speech API, and a 9MB C-E dictionary will be cache by IndexDB.
I begin to work to publish the Japanese dictionary as opendata.
