Anonymous feedback from a past speaker, in case anyone is curious πŸ˜‰

> *Did you have the info you needed before your presentation? (Y/N/can't remember)*
> Yes
>
> *Is there anything else you would've liked to know before your presentation? (freeform)*
> I think there was a little confusion about how long we had to present Vs the segments on the timetable
>
> *How was the experience, from your perspective? (1-10)*
> 10
>
> *What could have made your experience better?*
> Honestly just preparing ourselves better
>
> *Have you followed up (or do you intend to follow up) with anyone new you met at the hacknight? (Y/N/Maybe)*
> Maybe
>
> *Was presenting at g0v.london a valuable use of your time? (1-10)*
> 10
>
> *How relevant is g0v.london -- or the projects that are developed there -- to your work? (1-10)*
> 6
>
> *What overall suggestions do you have for us as we try to scale up the size and impact of our hacknights?*
> Bring in people who need a specific hack done and use the night to focus on that which then gets taken forward to a full project
>
> *How would you _briefly_ describe what happens at a Civic Tech Toronto hacknight?*
> Networking, information sharing, brainstorming
Noteworthy: top-rated on how it went, value for time, but midde-rated (6) for relation to their work.

:bulb: have more specific things that convert into longterm projects
:exclamation: perceived as more networking, than working/hacking

β€’ added lots of speaker candidate leads to /speaker-booking spreadsheet
β€’ created a typeform account (credentials in passwords doc)
β€’ created a followup survey: https://link.g0v.london/speaker-survey
β€’ added a followup email template to /speaker-booking-guide
β€’ sent belated followups to all past speakers, cc'ing speakers@g0v.london

πŸ‘‰πŸ» High value, but middling experience apparently because they felt they hadn't prepared enough. Wished they'd attended first, so maybe means we didn't prepare them well enough.
πŸ’‘ Could send links to prior hacknights so they feel welcome to come in advance.
❀️ Appreciated the survey.
πŸŽ‰ Offered to be backup speaker again, but not sure who they are :)

Was a quiet night (10 ppl), but as alwats higher energy that I would've expected from our numbers!
As always, grateful to @aelcenganda for inviting ppl in off the street!
Also, felt really nice to end closer to 9pm, and get out to the pub after with a significant number of the attendees πŸ™ŒπŸ» yay friend-making
