@patcon by the way, the reason I am not strongly pushing people to create a new Slack channel of every breakout session/project for now is that I feel we need to make people feel things are going. Now it is easier to do that in a single channel #london-hacknight as there are few projects and ideas. So I focused more on inviting people to share any contents in #london-hacknight at this early stage

g0v.tw started with a single IRC channel and later split into more channels for project specific discussion.
does the above thinking apply to this channel? are you saying you hope for us to keep any slack "meta organizing" convos in the main channel?
@patcon no, meta-organising in a separated channel so we don't distract other projects. I meant not strongly encouraging new projects to start a new channel every time unless there are enough momentum for them to go for long term. Kind of need to concentrate energy and make it visible to all at this early stage

I hope after 1-2 months, some projects will have their own collab notes and channels running

Some topics to discuss in co-organiser meetup:

1. Speaker booking process
2. Branding and relationship iwrh Newspeak
• e.g. speakers from Newspesk guest rooms, venue usage
3. g0v logo hats (*10): handing to different co-organisers helping each night or @aelcenganda give them out as gifts to certain individuals?
4.
My thought: we should always mention the venue in social media and in onsite opening. For now the main venue sponsor is Newspeak

(We can also discuss whether to bring out the donation tap of Newspeak House)

4. Governance structure and collaboration roles and digital infras
5. Practices so far to be put on docs
6. Time cycle
