Plurality Taipei:
• 正式活動預計將在 8/15（二） 13:00 - 18:00，地點在永和的世界宗教博物館
• 正式活動前 8/13（日）下午或晚上會有一場 Joi Ito 論文研討會，地點（可能）在飛地
• 這次活動會有日本朋友飛到台灣來參加，其他國家的朋友邀請中
• 活動報名頁面預計本週二和揪松團討論使用 kktix，本週有結論後就會釋出報名資訊

• Funding the Commons 接下來會進入拉贊助的期間，如果大家有推薦可以 outreach 的組織也歡迎推薦

今天寫了一封信給 Glen Weyl 分享 Plurality Taipei 的規劃和想像，也在這邊分享讓大家更有畫面
Here's some more details on Plurality Taipei. Hope this can give you more context!
• The event will be on August 15th 10am - 6pm. Here's the website. (I shared in RxC telegram group) Audrey will join the event as one of the speakers.
• The whole event will be about "conflict resolution", inspired by the "Good and bad conflicts" talk at Plurality symposium. It's also a journey of many of us going through DAOs operation or democracy movement. We will invite people that participated in Taiwan's digital democracy development, taking people back to decades ago, going through the conflicts we had, trauma we've been trough and the hope we still carry for a more pluralistic future.
• The event will consist of 3 keynote speeches, 2 panel discussions and a 3-hour open space discussion. Our goal is to create a friendly, inclusive and safe environment where people can share how their own digital democracy experience.
• We started collecting people's thoughts on Plurality, asking them what they consider the biggest challenge of humanity and democracy. We will share the answers we collected on Plurality Taipei and visualize it, and eventually open it up to the larger Plurality community.
• After the event, we will form a working group to create a Plurality Toolkit. The toolkit will demonstrate how everyone can start pluralistic conversations or host a pluralistic event.
• We are planning to apply for the EF grant "Road to Devcon" to continue building the momentum of the Plurality movement, also maximizing the impact of your January schedule to Taiwan and Japan
