剛剛跟 Carl 通完話，幾個 updates

- Hypercerts foundation 昨天通過成立，核心成員會是 Carl, Holke (people we talk to on bi-weekly basis) & Raymond (主工程師)
- Hypercerts foundation 會用去中心化的方式營運，da0 會扮演角色，角色為何會持續討論
- Github https://github.com/hypercerts-org/hypercerts
- 找 Minting guide 便可使用，現在還在 Testnet 上
- ETH Denver (3/2~5) 會是 Hypercerts 的 big launch，到時候一定會上主網，我們現在可以先用測試網測試（講師也許也可以先用測試網）
- 上正式網會先上 L2，Optimism & possibly Polygon
- Press release today or tomorrow

The mission of the Hypercerts Foundation is to advance the development and adoption of open-source protocols for funding and rewarding positive impact. We invite all of you to contribute to this mission as part of our vision is that many projects will build on and use hypercerts as a new primitive for impact funding.
