He @ruth.wetters sorry i hadn't got back to you untill now. It has been quite a mission setting up here in Benifallet again. However, Ael has pursued me for those datasets and I have now put two of them in the google drive folder.
I will be adding more to that folder as we go through, and will list the ones I find in the Spreadsheet also.
Let me know if you find them. Im interested to know what you think!

Interesting study on #errordiary. Using a hashtag to collect people's errors everyday and then categorise the errors collected. We may think about similar strategy to collect problems and solutions from social media
