1. 公有土地 202 萬筆地號，Richard 最近實際開箱使用，似乎有一定的處理門檻與耗時問題
2. 公有建築物的開放資料目前蠻少見的，只有台北市釋出少數閒置公有建築物，地址而非外框
3. 建築物外框資料，台中市將 CAD 數值地形圖釋出，但這個資料本身無地址門牌，資料內的哪幾個線條是一起屬於一個建築物，這也沒有在資料內指認；台北市，其實算是沒開放，不過曾釋出一份 3D 建物模型，可作為建物框資料來使用

那些large file有多大
因為 github 限制單一檔案必須小於 100 mb ，最大的單一檔案約 1.3gb 吧，因為地籍圖
可惜只有礦業用地沒有礦權範圍
我稍微回顧了一下專案 hackpad 頁面，一套基本看法：
(1) 已經 polygon 化的法 → 訴求開放資料
(2) 尚未 polygon 化的法，釐清是否有什麼方式可以呈現在圖台情境中，例如行為導向「究竟何種動物被釋放在何處會涉及那些法律造成什麼問題？」這種有沒有可能透過規則式、條件輸入等配套，來提升法令查找者的易讀性
