I’m Thinh, a PhD student in France researching civic tech and software engineering practices. I’m looking to interview people who have joined a civic-tech project for the first time, or started one that’s still in its early development stage, such as an MVP.
If you’re not confident speaking English, I can send you the questions beforehand, and you’re welcome to answer in Chinese.
