「公共程式」主要內涵與推動立意，包含公務機關使用之軟體及程式碼，評估使用自由暨開源軟體授權方式釋出。整合開源模式與政府資訊採購機制，以達到政府採購之後案得參考前案，助於機關釐清開發需求，並促進跨機關類似態樣軟體、系統或網站彼此援引，也利於未來資安聯防和資料格式統一。以下邀請您填寫：您的背景經驗對於「公共程式」熟悉程度您認為此措施的利害關係角色及影響對於「公共程式」意見描述語句填答時間約 5 分鐘。
