像 substack 內文中英放在一起（但反過來先中後英）也可以，可是試了覺得有點長，如果要發英文分開發佈比較好（也比較容易讓英文讀者發現文章）。

深夜（清晨？）裡想了想之後的一個建議：既然昨晚會議提到了 editorial/content guidelines 的問題，大家也都沒有覺得不需要，我覺得現在應該優先把 guidelines（至少 draft 甚至就是一些 fundamental principles）先討論出大致的輪廓來，確定大家對 global comms 內容的範疇和形式有共識，再來啟動 editorial/publishing workflow。
我感覺目前我們還沒那麽著急要馬上進入能持續發出內容的狀態？畢竟這個平台並非自媒體，理論上編輯室的邊界也相對開放，但又按理說應該要適當（如果不是緊密）地配合 da0 的 mission statement，先把 guidelines 孵出來，在初期應該能幫助坑更平順地 kick-off and be better prepared to leap。

it's all about "restructuring the humanity's coordination structure!" So, I believe it's just fit into da0, probably (I'm still unsure what @noah is planning for da0)! Also, this huge topic needs people around the world working together to make it happens, so that's actually the missions of #da0-global-comms, is it not?
I plan to empower vision/mission aligned project owners and individuals to forward our projects, will always do. Same thing needs to happen for global comms, the goal of global comms you as a group previously decided was to use content to build bridges for da0 to global influencers (and then for them to share, this possibly means content has to be sth da0 has done), if that’s still the case then editorials need to be refined based on that. Either we work towards this goal together, or we rediscuss the goals as a group. Jacky is very capable and I trust whatever he leads you guys to decide to do, I’ll contribute as much as I can.
Well...sounds like that you need the editors to contribute the content in which some kind of PoC or actual result is done? If so, apologies…the article I wrote is just throwing out a concept of "restructuring the humanity's coordination structure," which I believe someone (maybe PL) has propose such the concept! 這是一個不想限制任何創作但是在 da0 的部落格上還是要有一定的方向跟統整性之前的 trade off haha 是一個不容易的問題，也蠻好奇這方面比較有經驗的 @jiahe.lin 怎麼想
我覺得 @singularity66666 想探討的問題是有意義的，但讓這方面「溝通」（ I suppose this is ultimate purpose before action mobilization, right?）發生比較理想的方法可能不是透過單向書寫和傳播文章，方法上怎麼讓這方面的討論 fit in da0 的脈絡並且實際發生， 我有想了一些提議，但現在人在外頭不方便，晚點再跟大家分享。

對了，關於昨天提到的 podcast 其實那天我們跟區塊勢明恩在開會前才剛第一次初步討論，我本來是想等到下次坑會再提出這個 idea 看誰有興趣跟我們一起做做看，可以是我們坑一起做的new project， 也最快可能一月開始。
不過 @noah226 太興奮了就直接推坑了哈哈，跟我本來想啟動這件事跟討論的方式不太一樣，我們下週三除了討論我們之前這裏文字談的一些 writing guidelines 跟平台之間的分工，也可以來討論一下誰有興趣一起做 podcast，我們該怎麼做，怎麼做內容才會豐富跟好玩跟有趣，要做的話，大家如何一起參與或是想輪流主持也可以，期待下週的討論！🙂🎙️
