最近有一個專門拍攝 城市議題 的節目單位，來信詢問，是否有機會拍攝 臺北市、g0v
透過幾位 jothon 團成員與窗口 Annabelle Tas (Journaliste story producer, DBcom MEDIA) 視訊與信件介紹臺北的一些社區與NGO行動之後，他們初步提出一個拍攝構想，我擷取信件文字如圖片
大致上是：
1. 主持人與一位 g0v 參與者 聊社群的緣起與概況
2. 邀請各個專案推動者，其專案與都市的生活議題、空間與環境政策相關，分享專案的內容
3. 若有機會能拍攝 專案的 hacking 過程
4. 若有機會能拍攝專案實踐/影響/作用的都市實體場域 (這我想像的是，例如公有地社群與北市府合作，後來有攝影圖書館；大河小溪，與某條溪流社群合作，正好接獲近期的某個工程標案，所以相約去看現場；無家者小幫手的資訊彙整與分享活動；line 市政通報，目前與有興趣的里長進行使用者意見訪談；大安森林公園的植物辨識 APP 甚至有可能變成當天小擺攤，號召公園路人或網友來現場安裝與使用)

Hi all, regarding the trip to Berlin, g0v-intl has updated the doc: https://g0v.hackmd.io/ktLAg5N6Rhe5SIyxW1Votg?view with info from the host FNF. In the doc, you can also find a set of conditions that you need to fulfill if you participate. Please read the doc carefully and shout out here if you are still interested in going to Berlin. We need to form a delegation and finalize everyone’s schedule so flights & hotels can be booked. I’m tagging @besslee @aelcenganda @b8208241 @felixtypingmonkey because they have expressed interest. g0v-intl 會固定參與 Code for All ExCo meeting，但不代表 g0v。g0ver 都可以參加 ExCo meeting。不過有一些 on boarding 程序沒有進行過的話，會花點時間，建議可以提早講一下比較好準備。
Code for All 的 ExCo (Executive Committee) 目前有 g0v、Codeando México、OpenUp 的成員。g0v 這一輪的任期到明年三月底。

@aelcenganda To be honest, I find your comment somewhat antagonizing. Perhaps I misread you. Would you like to talk about that?
On boarding 最主要是開會議文件與其它相關文件的權限，因為會議都是圍繞著事先看過的議程進行的，沒有文件看會不知道在討論什麼。其它像近期的工作內容與 ExCo 的職務內容，這個就比較還好。有興趣參加的人可以先跟我們講，下次會議前請 Kelly 先開好權限。
Document access is definitely a key issue. Another issue is whether if we can sort of “self-on-board” or would other members of the ExCo expect all g0vers actually go through the cfall on-boarding process. Perhaps we could simply ask them? In risk of stating the obvious, negotiating between different organizational models (e.g. g0v ↔︎ g0v-intl ↔︎ cfall) is real work. It is a costly process with no certainty on the outcome. Having said that, I am definitely not saying that the established norms are not supposed to be challenged. Of course they are.
@chihao 噢噢瞭解，不好意思是語氣問題，我沒有質問的意思，比較是解釋為何我問了但是沒加入。我只是剛好在空檔看到有 meeting 所以想說可以亂入旁聽一下，找不到會議連結所以就放棄了，後來才看到 pm5 回的訊息。我沒有先詢問而是臨時起意，所以完全可以理解造成的不便。我可能也誤會 ExCo 的性質，我以為是 hangout 聊天式的 meetup，我就掛著旁聽，但看你們解釋是 task force meeting，那就需要對會議內容有更多瞭解與準備。

g0v-intl 會固定參與 Code for All ExCo meeting，但不代表 g0v。g0ver 都可以參加 ExCo meeting。不過有一些 on boarding 程序沒有進行過的話，會花點時間，建議可以提早講一下比較好準備。

Code for All 的 ExCo (Executive Committee) 目前有 g0v、Codeando México、OpenUp 的成員。g0v 這一輪的任期到明年三月底。

On boarding 最主要是開會議文件與其它相關文件的權限，因為會議都是圍繞著事先看過的議程進行的，沒有文件看會不知道在討論什麼。其它像近期的工作內容與 ExCo 的職務內容，這個就比較還好。有興趣參加的人可以先跟我們講，下次會議前請 Kelly 先開好權限。
Document access is definitely a key issue. Another issue is whether if we can sort of “self-on-board” or would other members of the ExCo expect all g0vers actually go through the cfall on-boarding process. Perhaps we could simply ask them? In risk of stating the obvious, negotiating between different organizational models (e.g. g0v ↔︎ g0v-intl ↔︎ cfall) is real work. It is a costly process with no certainty on the outcome. Having said that, I am definitely not saying that the established norms are not supposed to be challenged. Of course they are.
@felixtypingmonkey @b8208241 please check your email. FNF has send flight itinerary for each of us and let’s confirm ASAP.

@chihao 噢噢瞭解，不好意思是語氣問題，我沒有質問的意思，比較是解釋為何我問了但是沒加入。我只是剛好在空檔看到有 meeting 所以想說可以亂入旁聽一下，找不到會議連結所以就放棄了，後來才看到 pm5 回的訊息。我沒有先詢問而是臨時起意，所以完全可以理解造成的不便。我可能也誤會 ExCo 的性質，我以為是 hangout 聊天式的 meetup，我就掛著旁聽，但看你們解釋是 task force meeting，那就需要對會議內容有更多瞭解與準備。

國家寶藏專案緣起於g0v美東黑客松，大部分成員都在美國，也在美成立「台灣國家寶藏基金會」（Taiwan National Treasure Foundation），翻拍檔案至今已累積50萬筆。心繫台灣的他們，在開放文化基金會有捐款專戶，並與國內研究機構合作。

昨天跟 @besslee @felixtypingmonkey 有些討論。這次以 citizen participation 公民參與為主題的討論，我們可能會強調一些事情：
- 一開始還是要問一下 fishbowl 討論內容可不可以公開，以我們可能會做共筆為前提。
- 不要侷限在「公民參與」的既有想像底下。例如主持人問到「科技如何幫助公民把他們的想法意見傳達進政府」（約略是這樣）這種從公參，或可能審議的角度提問的討論前提與香港現況就差太多。
- 這樣情況下例如政治獻金、中天小吃店地圖、小蜜蜂等等行動可能都是我們會放進討論中的。
- 強調 g0v 的 3 個價值：開放開源、行動主義、公民精神。這些價值本身就是很「公民參與」的，或者說是公民參與的一種詮釋（我覺得啦）。
- 強調 g0v 的沒有人精神。強調坑主需要也應該透過自己跳坑做出一點進展來號召大家投入。
- （題外）沒有人精神好像沒有寫進 g0v 宣言。要再來個修憲案嗎？
