哈囉~~ 有在台灣的越南夥伴，主要是在做給越南人閱讀的獨立媒體，它們急需找工程師處理網站問題，需求列得很清楚，有人可以幫忙推薦嗎?
• Building a website that automatically crawls content from other websites.
• Building a Telegram channel with bots automatically send new articles from the above-mentioned website to the channel in Instant View format. 
• Building another (and similar) Telegram channel for another website.

那感覺可以用 IFTTT 接到 Telegram

也可以考慮用 http://fetchrss.com/ 或 https://rss.app/ 把網站弄成 RSS
不過他應該是想要委包給工程師處理，只是不確定問誰?
