2. 提案列表請補上 slide 或發表時會使用的頁面，以防視訊時螢幕分享畫質不佳
3. 確認麥克風視訊等設備，大松當日請找安靜的空間
4. 坑主／發表者 要分享時段，前 20 分鐘請提早進入視訊會議室，測試麥克風及畫面狀況和穩定度

→ 9:20 請三分鐘提案坑主進入會議室預備
→ 14:10 請短講發表者進入會議室預備
