GitHub 的部分整理好了！已完成的操作如下： • 歷年 repo 整理與重新命名 • 把該年主要貢獻者加到 `@summit20##` 小組、設定成 repo 管理者（ <https://g0v.hackmd.io/@summit2026/website-contributor-digging|考據> 、<https://github.com/orgs/g0v/teams/summit/teams|列表> ） • 關掉 dependabot、repo 設定為封存（先跟被 closed PR 炸到的大家說聲不好意思！ :sweat_drops: ） 如果有我漏處理、漏權限、或是大家發現舊 repo 裡有東西想要修正的地方，都請不吝在頻道裡說一聲！感謝各位～ :pray:

@rschiang @ronnywang 我正在設定自動觸發 summit.g0v.tw 的 submodules 更新，但一直失敗，問了 AI 應該是要改這個設定~2024 不知道為什麼可以

2. Go to Settings.
3. In the left sidebar, under "Third-party access", click on Personal access tokens.
4. You will see the "Fine-grained personal access token" policy. It is likely set to "No access".
5. The admin must change this to "Allow access via fine-grained personal access tokens...".
6. They will have a choice: either allow access automatically or require admin approval for each token request. Requiring approval is the more secure option.```
