像 AES256 之類的加密法，他好像會塞入一些無意義的隨機字元，並且前面的字也會影響到後面的字的加密規則，所以他就不會同樣一個字加密出來一直都長一樣（一直出現嬸嬸詢問阿神之類的 XD)

另外如果不要先用 base64 ，直接用 binary 來做的話，應該可以讓編碼後的長度可以再短一些

小弟昨天有整理了一下code跟加上CI

可能是因為漢字常用的字碼範圍編成 utf8 後的起頭幾個 bit 一樣，所以才有很多嬸嬸跑出來當主詞(?)吧。先過個 sha1 之類的打散一點或許就好了。
