Summit 投稿的機制感覺很適合大家來提案的時候填（應該比 HackMD 好上手）大家也可以在下面留言回覆，然後也可以有一個會員資料庫。如果鼓勵大家在 g0v 專案提案，不管是大松或平時都可以使用留存，也許也適合大家自己下 tag （亂提議
