Asking for help on Internet/Digital Policy events in Taiwan.
- An internet policy research group in Thailand has an interest to learn about internet governance dialogue and mechanism in Taiwan. They looking to visit Taiwan to meet with people and organizations there.
- Ideally, they want to visit Taiwan during the dates (in November and December) that there are some related events, so they can also attend.

What I study is rather limited. You may want to refer them to Schee or someone in the 數位人權/網路治理勉強團 (a telegram group held by Irvin Chen).

As for related events, I don't think there are any major ones happening in Taiwan, but there may be community meetups and talks, I suggest you ask on the TWIGF mailing list.

Yap the related events around governance and policy is not pretty much here.

We do campaign when something happend (such as some draft bill come out), NII had ran some workshop earlier this year, and there was a TWIGF forum some months ago.

Does gender influence digital communication? When I began asking colleagues, nearly every woman said yes. Overwhelmingly, men said no.

makes me wonder whether random pairing for periods of slack commications (like pairing on programming) might be an interesting approach to equilibrating how each of us interacts with a tool. we can emulate and match behaviour IRL, but it's really hard to match behavior above the keyboard

but i'm open to the fact that I'm taking the wrong approach to thinking about this article i skimmed quickly 🙂
